Responsibilities:  

• Manage multi-disciplinary consultants on planning, urban design, and technical assessments, such as traffic and environmental aspects
• Conduct research to identify property development opportunities emerging from the future transport infrastructure
•  Manage the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development, include conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non-statutory submissions
• Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non-statutory proposals
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and partners in the project planning and implementation stages

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with 2 years supervisory level
• Member of Hong Kong Institute of Planners or a recognized planning professional institution or equivalent
• Good management and communication skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong commercial acumen is an advantage

Job Description
- Site in charge for Ground Investigation projects
- Managing sub-contractors to ensure good project quality and meet deadlines
- Liaise with client's representatives and external consultancies
- Managing GI works contracts operations and budget control
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and vendors 

Requirements:
- Degree in Geology / Earth Science / Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related desciplines
- At least 10 years project management experience including 5 years in ground investigation is preferred
- Well organised, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
